Petronia Paley teaches all study classes. The class explores and analyzes scenes from classical and contemporary plays, movie and TV scripts. Various theatre exercises and relaxation techniques are used in order to open the actor to a greater understanding and expression.

Petronia has been teaching acting for fifteen years. She founded I the Actor Studio in 2007. While committed to her work as a teacher, she is a working professional actor and director. An award winning actor who has worked in classical and contemporary theatre on Broadway, off-Broadway, and regional theatre, television, commercials and film. She recently performed her award winning one-woman show On the Way to Timbuktu at Penumbra Theatre.
